A day after Country Club Hills mayor Dwight Welch held a press conference to calm concerned residents about the recent rash of murders in the south suburban community of 16,000, 34 year old John Weatherspoon was found stabbed to death by his wife on Saturday evening. This murder marks the fifth homicide in the village in less than two weeks.
