Look at the date of this edition of the Hyde Park Herald that declares Will Burns the winner in the 4th Ward Aldermanic race. The election was held on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, but this issue is dated Wednesday, February 16, 2011.
ESP or typo? As a blogger who spends a lot of time editing and updating pieces after I post them I can sympathize.
