Mark Stanford's spokesperson, hell his entire communication staff, should resign. . .NOW

The most important thing any spokesperson has is his or her reputation. After South Carolina Governor Mark Stanford either misled his staff or instructed them to mislead the public about his whereabouts (they told the public he was in Appalachia when in fact he was in Argentina) they lost all credibility and will never be trusted again.

As this saga continues to unfold the media and the public will be skeptical of any explanation as to what really happened, furthermore as Stanford gets back to his job and deals with controversial or sensitive situations all of the press releases and statements will be scrutinized mercilessly.

If his spokesperson and/or communication staff has any self respect they will all resign immediately.
